Getting to know Dan Miller...

Who are you, how old are you and from where do you hail?

I am Daniel Ryan Miller.  I am 27 years old, and I am originally from the Buckeye State (ed. note:  So you're saying your sister is also your mother?).   I have lived in Tacoma, Washington for 3 years.

How did you come to join this league?

I got to know Britton and Ben while they were living in the northwest.  Britton was angry with me one day, and attempted to punish me by giving me a team that had Tiki Barber and Michael Vick as its two best players the year before.  Yet I am a student of the Ryan Root School for People Who Want to Rebuild Their Fantasy Teams Good, and Want To Learn To Do Other Things Good, too.  I hope that Adrian Peterson and Braylon Edwards shall lead my charge to the upper echelons of this league.

What NFL and NCAA team do you root for?

I became a Colts fan in 1991 (for those of you who played Super Tecmo Bowl for Nintendo, you know how absolutely awful that team was)  I suffered through the Jeff George fiasco, and the year the Colts had the #1 and #2 pick in the draft, and got two guys (Steve Emtman and Quentin Coryat) who both turned out to be busts.   As a graduate of THE Ohio State University, I am proud to be a Buckeye. Beanie for Heisman '08 (ed. note:  HA!).

If the league were to vote on a location for owners to possibly assemble and draft together to celebrate the 10th anniversary of this league in 2015, where would you propose, and why?

I would prefer the league meet somewhere in a crowded city in Asia or the Middle East, because that's where I plan on being at that time.

Why is your favorite sports movie the sexiest ever?

Because Fever Pitch combines comedy, sports, and romance in the best all-around movie available on the market.  What, did I just lose some credibility with this league? Guys? ......guys? (ed note:  He's actually not kidding at all.  At all.)

Would you consider yourself a waiver-wire-vulture, a draft-and-sit, a jack-of-all-trades, or a little bit of everything?

I consider myself a jack-of-all-trades.  I like to keep my eye on the waiver wire, and although I don't buy and sell players like I'm at a crowded Mexican market (i.e. Ben Bates), I like to make some impact trades if I find the right deal.  (ed. note:  He's also said the same thing about strippers, so I should warn you).

If 'they' were making a movie about your athletic past, what actor would play you?
