12. Kevin
QB- ***
WR- ***
RB- ***
TE- **
DEF/K- ****
Team Rating 3.0
Strengths: Portis, Dallas, the kicker.
Weaknesses/Questions: Bleh ratings across the board for most positions. McNabb could impress and be a strength, but bad depth at every position. Understandable, considering he's an expansion club. Burleson in the 1st round was shameful, because over half his points were return yards, a position he doesn't look to really fill as much this year as a starter.
Just Plain Scary: Ahman Green. Expect him to join the masses on the waivers soon.
#11 Ryan

WR- **
RB- ****

DEF/K- ****
Team Rating 3.0
Strengths: Addai, Lynch and Maroney make up one of the best RB groups in the league. Sadly, two of them don't really catch balls (like Root himself does... kidding!). An impressive group of kickers.
Weaknesses/Questions: I wanted so badly to give this WR core a * rating but Colston saves it. By far the worst core of receivers in the league. Derek Anderson is a crapshoot with his injury, and Matt Ryan is a rookie on the Falcons. Two picks spent on kickers. Chicago not as good as advertised. Is it possible for the last place team to maybe have gotten worse?
Just Plain Scary: Marty Booker. In a 12 team league, Ryan has 3 players who are in less than 20% of Yahoo's leagues as a whole. Booker is the worst with 8%. 92% know something Ryan doesn't. I don't care if this was autopick, how does Booker get on anyone's team...ever?
#10 Reid

WR- **
RB- ***
TE- ***
DEF/K- *****
Team Rating 3.2
Strengths: Young talent at the RB position. Maurice Jones-Drew will only take on more and more of the Jacksonville load as time goes on.
Weaknesses/Questions: Too many question marks to list. The WR core is one of the weakest in the league. Much of the scoring load is being slotted for unproven backs. The QB he drafted (Warner) probably better than the one he kept.
Just Plain Scary: J.T. O'Sullivan. Not even J.T. would draft J.T. He'd draft Alex Smith, your game 3 starter for the 49ers.
#9 Don
QB- ****
WR- ***
RB- ***
TE- ***
DEF/K- ****
Team Rating 3.4
Strengths: Had a much better expansion and general draft than his fellow entry team did. Palmer will bounce back this year, Jennings is a young stud WR. Solid, yet not earth-shaking depth at all the skill positions.
Weaknesses/Questions: Not enough stars = not enough points. Don isn't bad anywhere on the board, but also doesn't have a game changing group anywhere on his team. With no elite players, Don has set himself up to float, but not really swim.
Just Plain Scary: Kevin Curtis and his sports injury would like to inform you that he'll be unavailable for a while. Looks like someone could use a trade.
#8 Cory
QB- *****
WR- ***
RB- ***
TE- ***
DEF/K- ****
Team Rating 3.6
Strengths: Brady was the best QB in the league last season. Welker had the most catches last season.
Weaknesses/Questions: Question marks all over the field. Is anyone after Welker remotely reliable in his WR core? The RB core is also suspect, with Edge leading a shaky group of possible starters and bench players. This team doesn't seem to have the weapons abounding like last season.
Just Plain Scary: Tatum Bell. Recently waived by the Lions, this really only improves his chances of getting on the field with another crappy team. He doesn't seem to be a viable player in any kind of league.
#7 Nick
QB- ****
WR- ***
RB- ****
TE- ***
DEF/K- ****
Team Rating 3.6
Strengths: Big Ben, a healthy Steven Jackson, rumors of a good running game coming out of KC.
WeaknessesQuestions: The Rams OL, The Chiefs OL, Rashard Mendenall taking away Parker's scores, a very shaky WR situation that could see Cotchery quickly being the leader (not a great thing). Can this team survive any injury at all?
Just Plain Scary: Josh Morgan. You really can't scrape the barrel more than the Niners 3rd receiver.
#6 Matt
QB- ***
WR- ****
RB- ***
TE- ****
DEF/K- ****
Team Rating 3.6
Strengths: Marion freaking Barber, Steve Smith (when he comes back from anger management), Winslow is a top 5 TE when not on a motorcycle.
Weaknesses/Questions: Can Lewis repeat his magic? How long will Ocho Cinco be out and will he be less than 100%? Neither Hasselbeck or Bulger are in optimistic situations. Both RB and WR depth is painfully shallow.
Just Plain Scary: Rudi Johnson. This could change if he actually plays.
#5 David
QB- *****
WR- ****
RB- ****
TE- **
DEF/K- ****
Team Rating 3.8
Strengths: Best QB duo in the league... again. Thanks to David, Brees has not been helpful to anyone in the league, including David most of the time. Randy Moss was the surprise dominant player in the league last season. Westbrook is one of the best players in a PPR league. One of the most talented teams on the top of the roster of any team.
Weaknesses/Questions: After the stud players, the core of the team appears weak. Ward, White, Jackson are suspect starters this season, and all need to consistently produce to make up for the likely drop from Moss and the possible brittleness of Westbrook.
Just Plain Scary: T.J. Duckett. It's one thing to get a handcuff RB. But to get the backup to the backups seems to be reaching a bit. Duckett won't play much for the Hispanic One.
#4 Ben/Britton
QB- ***
WR- ****
RB- ****
TE- ****
DEF/K- ****
Team Rating 3.8
Strengths: LT is LT. One of the best WR cores in the league. Several promising RB are in the running to be the Robin to Tomlinson's Batman. No glaring weaknesses in the lineup.
Weaknesses/Questions: Mediocre QB situation might cost the team wins. Team is putting a little too much stock in young RBs. Gates injury woes might cost him this season.
Just Plain Scary: Sidney Rice. It's not that he's not talented. It's just that the QB he has throwing to him is a 12 year old girl, who's knocking on your door right now to sell you Girl Scout Cookies.
#3 Dan
QB- ***
WR- ****
RB- ****
TE- ***
DEF/K- *****
Team Rating 3.8
Strengths: No doubt, the best young RB last year was All-Day Peterson, Edwards is the Michigan WR Dan always wanted, Minnesota has a great D and a possible up-and-comer in Mendenhall.
Weaknesses/Questions: Shallow RB depth, wild card at QB could be costly. Is it possible to have too many Bills? Survey says yes.
Just Plain Scary: Rookie WR are never a good thing. A rookie WR with an uncertain QB situation, even worse. I'm looking at you, James Hardy.
#2 Doug
QB- ***
WR- ****
RB- ****
TE- *****
DEF/K- ****
Team Rating 4.0
Strengths: Witten, amazing young starting duo of WR in Fitzgerald and Calvin Johnson, Gore and Bush could still be dangerous in a PPR.
Weaknesses/Questions: Only QB is coming off Tommy John surgery. Why is Arizona his DEF? No one was better?
Just Plain Scary: Doug drafted a lot of sleepers. Darrell Jackson is not one of them.
#1 Jerad
QB- ****
WR- *****
RB- ***
TE- ****
DEF/K- ****
Team Rating 4.0
Strengths: Best WR core in the league. A high scoring QB who will have to split carries with Jessica Simpson. Kaeding is always solid.
Weaknesses/Questions: I think the duo of Grant/Forte in the Chewy backfield is incredibly risky. Starting Ray Rice has to change ASAP. This team has serious RB depth questions.
Just Plain Scary: DeShaun Foster. I'll assume Glenn gets dropped quickly. But not even Foster would draft Foster. Foster would draft DeAngelo Williams before he drafted himself. No kidding.

OHHHH Would we call Kitna Mediocre? 3 stars? for the man who had 10 td's in his last 12 games last year. And hasnt thrown more TD's then INT in 4 years. um ed mcmahon is gonna have to change that to 1 1/2 stars. as for the rest of the power rankings. Woohoo! I am going to be selecting Michael Crabtree if I can hold on in the rankings
I take offense to the AZ defense being considered bad. The only area each week a team DEF is pretty much guaranteed to earn points is the points allowed. Consider AZ gets to play SEA, SF and STL (the Rams, not Sweep the Leg). Add to that games against MIA, WAS, NYJ and BUF the Cards have a great early schedule and team DEF is one of the few times you'd look at a team overall schedule. With that in mind, I move the 4.0 tie be reconsidered and I get the #1 spot since it is the only time I'll be there all season.
You must be absolutely drunk off your partnership to assume that your RB core can touch mine. While I respect LT, you think that awful duo in the bay, offset by Chris freaking Johnson and Andre Hall can hang with mine? I must admit I thought the bias would at stay dormant until week two or three. Week one...that scares me.
