Opening remarks/sexy changes.

Greetings everyone!  Welcome to the 3rd season of the Fantasy Football Keeper Experience!  It's going to be an exciting season with a lot of changes, that I hope are for good.  There is a lot to cover in the next couple of weeks but I'll do my best to be gentle about it.  For now, here are the important league roster changes for this season.
